Join this relaxing and mindful session aimed at guiding you through the art of applique and embroidery. Select one of 4 designs and you will receive all the materials required to complete your hoop. During this 3 hour workshop, with our tutors support, complete beginners will learn applique basics together with three embroidery stitches. The more experienced stitcher may choose one of the slightly more advanced designs and try their hand at variations on those stitches whilst completing a more heavily embroidered piece.
Design A - Hedgehogs
Learn how to applique 2 hedgehogs on to your background using a Straight Stitch. Learn how to stitch a French Knot and Lazy Daisy Stitch to provide the detail. Further enhance your design with stitched flowers or buttons.
